Mary Moran
National Commercial Center Manager
Mary is Vice President and Northern Ohio Manager for CTIC.
She is a graduate of Rutgers University, received her law degree from Washington
University in St. Louis, and is a member of the Ohio, Missouri and Illinois Bars.
Ms. Moran has over 20 years of experience in all types of real estate
transactions, and frequently coordinates the closings on land purchases,
development and financing transactions. Her current responsibilities at Chicago Title
include underwriting, examining, and escrow closings. She has
been a frequent speaker at many title-related seminars for realtors, lenders and attorneys.

Linda Green
National Underwriting Counsel
Linda is Vice President, Underwriting Counsel, and Manager
of the NE Ohio Commercial Division of CTIC. Ms. Green has over 23 years
experience in commercial examining and title underwriting. She obtained her undergraduate degree from
Valparaiso University and her law degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. Ms. Green is a
frequent speaker on the topics of title examining, title underwriting and title insurance.

Linda Podojil
National Closing Officer
Linda is an Assistant Vice President and commercial escrow officer for CTIC. She has
over 25 years of real estate experience, 20 of which have been with Chicago Title
in a variety of capacities. Linda's experience with all types of real estate
transactions combined with her exceptional customer service skills have earned her
recognition within the company nationally. She is very active in industry organizations
as a member of the Ohio Land Title Association, the Greater Cleveland Mortgage Bankers
Association, CREW, and the Northern Ohio chapter of NAIOP. Linda is a graduate of
Mount Union College and holds a Bachelor of Arts in business administration.

Mark Cook
Mark has been a commercial sales rep for CTIC for over 12 years. He has been involved in the real estate industry for over 20 years both in the investment and development segments. He excels at tailoring Chicago Title’s wide variety of services and resources to fit the needs of individual customers. Mark has ranked in the industry’s top 2% of sales reps nationwide, every year since 2003. He is active in a variety of industry and community organizations, including the Ohio Land Title Association, the Greater Cleveland Mortgage Bankers Association, Urban Land Institute, the Growth Association, the Greater Akron Chamber of Commerce and the Northern Ohio chapter of NAIOP.

Dianne Carter
Dianne is the National Title Coordinator for Cleveland’s National Commercial Center.
Dianne has the resources to coordinate closings on single site and multi site
transactions nationwide. She brings with her 12 years of experience in the mortgage
industry in addition to her 6 years in the title business. Prior to assuming this role,
Dianne was in commercial service for Chicago Title as a coordinator for special projects
which enabled her to gain a broad understanding of the many facets of the title industry.
