Mary Moran
National Commercial Center Manager
Mary is Vice President and Northern Ohio Manager for CTIC.
She is a graduate of Rutgers University, received her law degree from Washington
University in St. Louis, and is a member of the Ohio, Missouri and Illinois Bars.
Ms. Moran has over 20 years of experience in all types of real estate
transactions, and frequently coordinates the closings on land purchases,
development and financing transactions. Her current responsibilities at Chicago Title
include underwriting, examining, and escrow closings. She has
been a frequent speaker at many title-related seminars for realtors, lenders and attorneys.

Linda Green
National Underwriting Counsel
Linda is Vice President, Underwriting Counsel, and Manager
of the NE Ohio Commercial Division of CTIC. Ms. Green has over 23 years
experience in commercial examining and title underwriting. She obtained her undergraduate degree from
Valparaiso University and her law degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. Ms. Green is a
frequent speaker on the topics of title examining, title underwriting and title insurance.

Linda Podojil
National Closing Officer
Linda is an Assistant Vice President and commercial escrow officer for CTIC. She has
over 25 years of real estate experience, 20 of which have been with Chicago Title
in a variety of capacities. Linda's experience with all types of real estate
transactions combined with her exceptional customer service skills have earned her
recognition within the company nationally. She is very active in industry organizations
as a member of the Ohio Land Title Association, the Greater Cleveland Mortgage Bankers
Association, CREW, and the Northern Ohio chapter of NAIOP. Linda is a graduate of
Mount Union College and holds a Bachelor of Arts in business administration.

Amy Regal
National Commercial Sales
Amy is Commercial Sales Representative for CTIC. With over 16 years of experience,
Amy has established significant relationships
with many of Northeast Ohio’s elite real estate community, and has ranked among the industry’s
top 2% of sales reps nationwide for the last four years. Ms. Regal had attended Roanoke
College in Virginia, and has previously worked in the areas of real estate appraisal, commercial
finance and development, and securities and investments. In January 2007, she will take on a
prestigious position as the first female president of the Northern Ohio Chapter of NAIOP.

Andrea Putrino
National Closing Coordinator
Andrea is the Closing Coordinator and Administration Support for CTIC. After receiving
an undergraduate degree in the college of arts and sciences at Kent State University,
she had begun her career in the title industry as assistant to the Vice President and
Regional Manager for Ohio and NW Metro Illinois of CTIC. With nearly 5 years under her belt,
Ms. Putrino has obtained a broad understanding of the many facets of the title business.
